DVDPlusTool for Mac OS X

OSX LION NOTE: This tool has not been updated for a while now. It is not compatible with Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) or newer.

DVDPlusTool is a utility for use with DVD+R(W) disk burners. It allows the user to set an option on the disk to improve compatibility with DVD readers and players. This is also called 'compatibility bitsetting'. The tool also supports DVD+RW background formatting.

NOTE: This tool is of no use to users of DVD-R(W) writers such as the Apple SuperDrive.

This is a beta release. Please test and report your setup and results.

Requirements: Mac OS X 10.2.3 (older may work), DVD+R or DVD+RW writer.
